Executive/Career/Personal Coach

As a coach, I combine my rich experience and education with a lifelong passion for helping others achieve success on their own terms – whether that is sports professionals exploring new careers, banking executives or corporate leaders looking to move up or to optimise their leadership potential, successful private individuals navigating personal and lifestyle changes such as relocation, retirement, or a change in family circumstances.

I hold a BA (Hons) and a MA (Oxon) in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from Balliol College, University of Oxford and completed my postgraduate studies in Psychology at University of Westminster.

I trained in Executive Coaching at the University of Cambridge as well as completed an International Coaching Federation Training in Life Coaching in the US. I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Association for Coaching.

I have worked in Human Resources, Executive Recruitment, Executive Training, Mentoring & Supervising in various global companies including Bloomberg, Barclays Capital, and BNY Mellon.

In recent years I have led recruitment, training, and in-house coaching for the family business at all levels. I have also been an executive director managing the day to day running of a large sourcing and design business.

I am fluent in English, German, and French and also have good conversational skills in Italian and Spanish.
