I am a Family and Developmental Psychologist with five academic degrees (PhD, MS, BA, LLB, BEd.) and 20 years of combined academic, clinical, and field experience working with children, adolescents, families, and schools. I currently teach across the University of Cyprus, University of Nicosia, and Neapolis University, and previously held lecturer positions at the University of Liverpool and the University of Lincoln in the UK, where I supervised undergraduate dissertations and MSc theses.

Given the breadth of subjects I have taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level, I am well placed to supervise student projects across a wide range of areas in psychology, including:

I have published in international peer-reviewed journals and regularly review for Scopus-indexed outlets. I have presented at conferences across the UK, USA, and EU, and convened academic symposia at the British Academy and the British Psychological Society.

Beyond academia, I bring substantial applied experience: primary school teacher, secondary school counsellor, private counselling practice, and two decades of designing and delivering parental education programmes. This means I can support students whose projects bridge research and real-world practice in schools, clinical settings, and communities.
