Dr. Usman Zafar is a global strategist, AI and digital transformation leader, and Smart Cities expert with over 20 years of experience bridging industry, government, and academia. Based in Dubai, UAE, I serve as Global CEO at World Business Hub (WBH), where I provide strategic advisory on AI adoption, digital sovereignty, and smart infrastructure development.

Earlier, I contributed as Advisory Board member and Acting MIS Department Chair at Al Ain University.

I am passionate about mentoring motivated students whose dissertations address real-world challenges at the intersection of technology, strategy, policy, and society.
